Vicki Lynn Goodman

Vicki Lynn Goodman, 63, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Delmar Gardens of Lenexa. Graveside services will be 1:00pm, Sunday, November 1 at Rose Hill Cemetery. Kindly omit flowers; the family suggests contributions to Jewish Family & Children's Services or the American Diabetes Association. Vicki moved to Kansas City from St. Louis as a young child. Although she lived in Los Angeles for many years, she considered
herself a Kansas Citian. Vicki had a varied career as a social worker with Jewish Family & Children's Services and in the Oncology Department at the University of Kansas Medical Center, among others. She was a former member of The Temple, Congregation B’nai Jehudah, and the National Council of Jewish Women. She was also active at Temple B'nai Hayim in Los Angeles. Vicki is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by son and
daughter-in-law Scott and Jennifer Goodman, Omaha, NE; daughter and son-in-law Terri and Brendan Howard, Olathe, KS; brother and sister-in-law Sanford and Brenda Passer, Franklin, MI; and grandchildren Hannah and Shelby Goodman and Zahara Howard.
