Shirley Carol Farb, 82, of Leawood, KS, passed away Monday, August 7, 2006, at her home. Funeral services will be 10:00am Friday, August 11, at The Louis Memorial Chapel, 6830 Troost Avenue. Burial at Rose Hill Cemetery. Kindly omit flowers, the family suggests contributions to Israel Crisis Fund, c/o The Jewish Federation at The Jewish Community Center, 5801 W. 115th St., Overland Park, KS 66211. Mrs. Farb was the co-owner and business manager for Jack Farb Sports Camp for over 20 years. She was a member of The Temple, Congregation B’nai Jehudah, its Sisterhood and B’nai B’rith. Mrs. Farb was a life long area resident. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Esther Peltzman and her brother, Jerry Peltzman.
