Ray was born March 17, 1923 in Denver, CO. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Frieda Davidson. He was the dear father and father-in-law of Rabbi Josef (Barbara) Davidson, Martin (Anne) Davidson of Portland, OR, Catherine (Gary) Levin of Overland Park, KS, Gerald (Amy) Davidson and Daniel (Karen) Davidson of Overland Park, KS; dear grandfather of 11; dear-great-grandfather of two. Funeral service Monday, February 9th, 10:00 AM at Central Reform Congregation, 5020 Waterman Boulevard at Kinghighway. No visitation prior to service. Interment follows at Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery, 650 White Road. Memorial contributions preferred to Central Reform Congregation or the American Cancer Society, 4215 Lindell Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63108. Shiva in Kansas City will be at 6:30pm Wednesday at Congregation Beth Torah, 6100 W. 127th St, Overland Park, KS 66209 and 6:30pm Thursday at the home of Cathy and Gary Levin.
