Toby Waldner, 86, of Kansas City, MO, died Wednesday, April 4, 2007 at Menorah Medical Center. Graveside services will be 3:30pm Friday, April 6, at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Mrs. Waldner was a 1st generation American and the youngest of 8 girls and 2 boys. She was proud of her family and raised 3 loving children. A life long Kansas City area resident, Mrs. Waldner was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Fred Waldner, in 1996. She was also preceded in death by her sisters: Marian Carroll, Minnie Sutton, Clara Sheftel, Bess Ginsberg, Allene Carroll, Rebecca Kelne and Sarah Carroll and her brothers: Philip and Melvin Carroll. She is survived by her daughter: Nancy Waldner, Kansas City, MO; sons and daughters-in-law: Bob Waldner and Michelle McElroy, Maplewood, NJ; Bill and Debra Waldner, Los Angeles, CA; 3 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. Nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
