MYRON LESLIE GOODMAN Obituary (1928 - 2017)

Myron Leslie Goodman, 89, of Overland Park, Kansas passed away September 22, 2017. Services will be at 10:00am Tuesday, September 26th in the chapel at Kehilath Israel Blue Ridge Cemetery, 1901 Blue Ridge Blvd, Independence, MO with burial to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to The Temple, Congregation B’nai Jehudah or Kansas City Hospice House. He was born July 23, 1928 in Kansas City, Mo, the son of Jack and Rosa (Peltzman) Goodman and was the 2nd generation owner of Goodman Hardware. Myron was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend and will be deeply missed. He was preceded in death by his parents and his loving wife of almost 66 years, Harriette Goodman. Myron is survived by his sister, Marilyn Peltzman; children, Lana and Arnold Gordon, Robert and Elissa Goodman, Larry Goodman, Janice Pinson, grandchildren; Jennifer and Chris Mozilo, Stacey and Gary Gregory; Jessica Goodman, Jamie and Tim Schwaba, Jeffrey and Brandy Goodman, Hannah Pinson, Max Pinson and five great grandchildren.
