Louise Marie Galamba

Louise Marie Galamba, 95, passed away on July 4, 2014 surrounded by her family.
She was born on March 14, 1919, in Tulsa, OK, the daughter of Mike and Esther Froug.
Louise was a student at the University of Missouri where she met and married Donald J. Galamba. Donald preceded her in death after 49 years of marriage. She was also preceded in death by her son, Michael Galamba.
Louise is survived by her daughter, Donna Chenoweth; her grandson, Brett Chenoweth and her granddaughter, Lynne Leigh. She also leaves 3 great-grandchildren, Emilie Redmond, Spencer Redmond and Zoie Chenoweth.
The family also wishes to give a special thank you to her friend and caregiver for the last 13 years, Lisa Arthlee.
Private graveside services are planned. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Humane Society of Greater Kansas City or Wayside Waifs.
