Helen Gordon Kilping, 90, of Kansas City, MO, passed away Friday March 30, 2007 at her home. Private family services are planned. A memorial gathering for family and friends will be held at a later date at Grand Court, 501 W. 107th, Kansas City, MO. Kindly omit flowers, the family suggests contributions to The American Kidney or Alzheimer’s Foundations.Helen was a lifelong Kansas City resident. She and her first husband Morris owned two businesses in Kansas City. The first was a jewelry and appliance store and later, Gordon Vending Company. She was a former member of The Temple, Congregation B’nai Jehudah and Hadassah. Helen loved her family. Her family loved her.She was preceded in death by her first husband Morris and then by her second husband, Marvin Kipling. She is survived by her son and daughter- in-law: Mike and Sue Gordon, Kansas City, MO; grandson and his wife: Scott and Stacy Gordon, Ft. Worth, TX; granddaughter and her husband: Ann and Dan Dalton, St. Louis, MO; great-grandchildren: Abby and Hannah Dalton and Matthew and Sarah Gordon; sister:Rose Miller, Kansas City, MO; nephew and his wife: Jerry and Lauren Miller, Overland, Park, KS; niece and her husband: Pamela and Ron Schults, Olathe, KS.
