Esther I. Naster, 62, Lenexa, KS passed away Thursday, July 26, 2007 at Shawnee Mission Medical Center. Memorial services 1:00pm, Sunday July 29 at The Louis Memorial Chapel, 6830 Troost Ave. Kindly omit flowers, the family suggests contributions to Congregation Kol Ami or a charity of the donor’s choice. Mrs. Naster was born in Boston, MA and moved with her parents, Nathan and Jenny Kapnick, to the Kansas City area as a young child. She and her husband of 44 years, Jerry, raised their family in Lenexa. Mrs. Naster was a former member of Ohev Sholom Synagogue. Mrs. Naster was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Jerry, of the home; son and daughter-in-law: Adam and Rachel Naster, Lenexa, KS; daughter, Norrie Naster, Overland Park, KS; brother: Harvey Abrams, Waxahatchie, TX; brother- in-law and sister-in-law: Howard and Louise Naster, Lenexa, KS; brother- in-law: Herb Naster, Kansas City, MO; her special pet cats Tiger and Lily survive along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
