Diane Fingersh Droskin, 70, of Leawood, KS, passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at her home. Funeral services will be 10:30am Friday, September 22, at The Louis Memorial Chapel, 6830 Troost Avenue. Burial at Rose Hill Cemetery. Kindly omit flowers, the family suggests contributions to Menorah Medical Center Radiology/Oncology Department, 5721 W. 119th St., Overland Park, KS 66209 - attn: Steve Wilkinson or The American Cancer Society. Mrs. Droskin owned and operated Glitter’s, a Fine Jewelry place, which was her passion for 25 years. She considered her long time devoted co-workers her family. She was a member of Congregation Beth Torah, B’nai B’rith Women, Menorah Medical Center Women’s Auxiliary, Leawood Chamber of Commerce, Jeweler’s of America and many professional organizations. Mrs. Droskin was preceded in death by her parents: Toby and Harry Fingersh. She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law: Beth Droskin, Overland Park, KS; Debbie Droskin-Berkowitz and John Berkowitz, Leawood, KS; grandchildren: Sarah Gene Berkowitz and Aaron Joseph Berkowitz.
