ANNE BENENSOHN FELSEN Obituary (1937 - 2016)

Anne Benensohn Felsen, 78 of Prairie Village, KS died Monday March 14, 2016. Private family services will be held. Anne was born August 11, 1937 to the late David and Paula Benensohn. She graduated from Vassar College in 1959 and went on to get her MBA from Binghamton University. She married Martin Felsen in 1959. She and Martin recently moved to Prairie Village, KS after living in Birmingham, AL and for many years in Binghamton, NY. Anne loved poodles and stories about dog rescue. She enjoyed Sudoku, going to book club, photography, trying new recipes and learning about new electronic gadgets. Her greatest joy was sharing stories about her children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, family, friends and all of their accomplishments. Anne was preceded in death by her parents and her sons, Joshua and Michael. She is survived by her husband, Martin; her children, Dave of Kansas City, MO, Wendy and Carl Anderson of Fairfield, CT; her sister/friend, Lois Rappaport; her grandchildren, Stephanie and Lindsey Anderson; close friends, Kim, Ken and Gavin Dowdy and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
