Adam Slade Zack

Adam Slade Zack, 36, Overland Park, KS, passed away at his home Sunday, October 27, 2013. Memorial services will be 11:00am Wednesday, October 30 at Congregation Beth Torah, 6100 W. 127th St, Overland Park. Kindly omit flowers; the family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society.
Adam was born in Kansas City, MO, the son of Ronald and Debby (Slade) Zack. He remained a lifelong area resident, graduating from Shawnee Mission South High School and attended Johnson County Community College with a focus in journalism.
He was a member of Congregation Beth Torah. Adam especially loved musical theater and journalism. He often entertained his family, which was the focus of his life, with magic tricks.
Adam was preceded in death by his mother: Debby Slade Zack; maternal grandparents: Jack and Ruth Slade; paternal grandparents: David and Nellie Zack.
He is survived by his father and step-mother: Ronald and Kathryn Zack, Leawood, KS; brothers: Jason Zack, Overland Park, Joshua Zack and David Zack, both of Leawood.
Adam will be greatly missed by his family and close friends.
